Product Policies
REFUNDS POLICY:
We want to make sure that you are happy with your order and quality is guaranteed. Most of our products are made to order, therefore we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet all requirements.
Depending on your payment method and your bank, refunds can show up in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
DAMAGE/QUALITY ISSUES:
Defected unworn and/or unused items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent. Include a photograph showing the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item/(s), along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
Please email us with these details at 4DATRIDE@gmail.com If you do not contact us within this time frame, we will assume that you are satisfied with your product/(s) and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.
Once you have contacted us, we will then have five (5) business days to determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or replacement.
BUYER’S REMORSE:
No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. All garment information is available on the product detail page. Customer is responsible to research product/(s) materials, quality, texture, etc.
WRONG ADDRESS:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for products mailed to the wrong shipping address.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages confirmed as delivered by mailing carrier. Most of our products are sourced and printed from our Printing partners based in the U.S and Europe. Therefore, it can take on average 2 weeks for the purchased items to reach your doorstep depending on where you are based, and potentially longer due to delays out of our control.
What we can promise is that you will do our best to get you your item, but with no guarantees on timeline for fulfillment, shipping and delivery. We do not refund purchases due to delays in delivery.
